Follow our, easy-to-navigate steps to export your cloud billing data to CSV formate. Here you will find instructions specific to popular cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.

AWS

To export detailed billing from AWS into a CSV file, you can do the following:

  1. Signing in to the AWS Management Console

  2. Opening the AWS Cost Management console

  3. Configuring Cost Explorer to use the desired options for the CSV file

  4. Selecting Download CSV

Azure

To export detailed billing from Azure into a CSV file, you can do the following:

  1. Sign in to the Azure portal

  2. Search for Cost Management + Billing

  3. Select Usage + charges

  4. Select the month you want to download

  5. Select Download

  6. Under Usage Details, select the type of charges you want to download

  7. Select Prepare document

  8. When the download is ready, select Download csv

GCP 

To export detailed billing from GCP into a CSV file, you can do the following:

  1. Go to your Cloud Billing account in the Google Cloud console.

  2. Click the Cloud Billing account for which you wish to view reports. 

  3. When you select a billing account, you’ll be taken to the Billing Overview page.

  4. Select the cost table under the Billing navigation menu.
